晨夏面試課程細則及聲明：

1. 課堂安排

• 每月課堂數量：每個月的課堂數量取決於該月有多少個星期，例如5月份有5個星期六，則為5節課。
• 課堂形式：所有小組形式上課。
• 補課和順延：所有課堂不提供補課及順延至下個月。

2. 學費繳交

• 每月20號開具發票：每個月的20號，中心會開具下個月的學費發票。
• 繳費期限：為了確保名額，請在20號或之前支付下個月的學費。

3. 缺勤和退學

• 無故缺席、事假、病假或退學：學生無故缺席、事假、病假或退學，已繳交學費不予退款及不獲保留。

4. 學費退換

• 所有已繳交的學費，一律不可退換或轉作其他用途。

5. 意外責任

• 上課時受傷：學生於上課時受傷，本中心將根據商業保險《第三者責任保險》履行所需責任。

6. 公眾假期和惡劣天氣

• 公眾假期：公眾假期無須上課。
• 黃色暴雨警告訊號、紅色暴雨警告訊號或三號風球訊號：本中心照常上課。
• 黑色暴雨警告訊號、八號風球或懸掛更高風球：所有課堂一律停課。

7. 同意條款

• 遵守細則和聲明：所有學生及家長須遵守所有中心細則/聲明，一經報名即表同意及明白中心細則及聲明。
• 語言版本差異：如細則/聲明之中文版及英文譯本有任何差異，一切以中文本為準。

8. 權利保留

• 晨夏保留一切權利。

• 報名疑問：以上為中心的細則及聲明，若您在報名時有任何疑問或需要進一步確認，請隨時向中心職員查詢。
• 閱讀和確認：在報名前，請您務必詳細閱讀以上細則及聲明，並確認同意遵守所有規定。

Morning Summer Interview Class Terms and Conditions

1. Class Arrangements

• Number of classes per month: The number of classes each month depends on the number of Saturdays in that month. For example, May has 5 Saturdays, so there will be 5 classes.
• Class format: All classes are in small group format.
• Make-up and deferred classes: No make-up or deferred classes to the next month are provided.

1. Tuition Payment

• Invoices issued on the 20th of each month: Invoices for the next month’s tuition are issued on the 20th of each month.
• Payment deadline: To secure your spot, please pay the tuition for the next month by the 20th.

1. Absences and Withdrawal

• Unexcused absences, leave of absence, sick leave or withdrawal: Tuition paid is non-refundable and spots will not be reserved for unexcused absences, leave of absence, sick leave or withdrawal.

1. Tuition Refunds and Transfers

• All paid tuition is non-refundable and non-transferable.

1. Liability

• Injuries during class: If a student is injured during class, Morning Summer’s liability insurance policy will be enacted.

1. Public Holidays and Inclement Weather

• Public holidays: No classes will be held on public holidays.
• Amber or Red Rainstorm Warning, or Typhoon Signal No.3: Classes will be held as normal.
• Black Rainstorm Warning, Typhoon Signal No.8 or above: All classes will be cancelled.

1. Promotional Activity

• Class photos and videos: Morning Summer reserves the right to use class photos and videos for promotional purposes on Facebook, websites and other channels.

1. Agreement to Terms

• Compliance: All students and parents must comply with these terms and conditions. Registration signifies agreement to these policies.
• Discrepancies: The Chinese version of these terms shall prevail in the event of any discrepancies between the Chinese and English versions.

• Morning Summer reserves all rights to these terms and conditions.
